Our Story
Before starting Blue Operator, I worked in pool supplies. Every week people would come in frustrated; their pool guy had stopped showing up, quit without notice, or given them bad advice on chemicals that made the problem worse. A lot of them ended up trying to do it themselves because they couldn’t find anyone reliable.
I decided to do the work the way I thought it should be done: honest about what the pool actually needs, consistent weekly service, and no disappearing acts. I started with one pool in Kendall. Today we service homes across Miami and Homestead in more than 30 zip codes, still with the same focus on reliability and doing the job right.

Westchester took off in 1955, when a subdivision called Westchester kicked off a postwar building boom west of Miami. Neighborhoods like Miracle Manor, Mirador, Westchester Park, and Coral Park followed in the 1960s, and today the area runs from SW 8th Street down to Bird Road, with FIU and the National Hurricane Center in its northwest corner. We take care of home pools all through it, along Coral Way, Bird Road, and Galloway Road. If you’re in 33165, 33155, or 33174, you’re in our Westchester service area.
Most homes here are single-story concrete-block houses from the 1950s and ’60s, and plenty of backyard pools have been there for decades. Big shade trees drop leaves into the water, strong sun burns off chlorine, and summer storms throw the pH off. Older plaster and older equipment are less forgiving when the chemistry drifts, so steady care matters even more.
With Blue Operator, chemicals are part of the weekly service, your filter gets cleaned every month, and we come on the same day each week whenever possible. Balanced water protects plaster and Diamond Brite and helps your pump, filter, and salt system last. We also handle repairs, acid and chlorine washes, and leak detection.
