Richmond Heights has a story few neighborhoods can match. Captain Frank C. Martin, a Pan Am pilot, founded it in 1949 as a community of well-built homes for Black veterans returning from World War II, and many of its streets are named for U.S. presidents and Black pioneers. We take care of home pools across the neighborhood, from the historic district on Monroe Street to the blocks around Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park and Lincoln Boulevard, between SW 136th and SW 152nd Streets. If you’re in 33176 or 33157, you’re in our Richmond Heights service area.

As one of the older neighborhoods in this part of the county, Richmond Heights has plenty of mature shade trees, and they drop leaves and seeds into backyard pools all year. Summer sun burns through chlorine, and afternoon storms dilute the water and wash in dirt. When the balance slips, the damage adds up: etched plaster or Diamond Brite, scale on the tile, and a pump and filter that wear out sooner.

Regular, careful service keeps that from happening. Chemicals are included in our weekly service, your filter gets cleaned every month, and we come on the same day each week whenever possible. We also repair pumps, filters, and salt systems, and we handle acid and chlorine washes and leak detection.

We’re licensed and insured, and we speak English and Spanish. Text a photo of your pool to 305-925-4491, or send your address and we’ll measure it on Google Maps for your quote. New clients get $30 off their first month. We also serve nearby Kendall, Palmetto Bay, and Country Walk.
