Why chemistry matters more than clear water
Clear water isn't always balanced water. When pH, alkalinity and calcium hardness drift, water becomes either aggressive or scaling. Aggressive water pulls calcium out of the surface, which shows up as etching, rough spots and a dull finish on plaster and Diamond Brite. Scaling water leaves crusty white deposits on tile, inside the heater and on the salt cell.
We test and balance every week and keep your water's saturation index (LSI) in the safe range, so the water isn't eating your surface or coating your equipment.
