• Water Chemistry & Treatment – Weekly test and balance; maintain proper LSI to protect surfaces and equipment.

• Cleaning & Maintenance – Skim, brush walls/steps/tiles, vacuum, empty skimmer & pump baskets.​

• Filter Cleaning Every 3 Months (or as needed) –
  Filter cleanings are scheduled every 3 months to maintain proper water flow and system performance. Cleanings may be done earlier or later if needed based on conditions or scheduling.

• System Check – Visual inspection of pump, filter, timer, automation; verify pressure/flow and equipment operation; monitor water level and notify if low/high (text or email).

• Visit Report – Detailed service report with photos after each visit.
