Our Story
Before starting Blue Operator, I worked in pool supplies. Every week people would come in frustrated; their pool guy had stopped showing up, quit without notice, or given them bad advice on chemicals that made the problem worse. A lot of them ended up trying to do it themselves because they couldn’t find anyone reliable.
I decided to do the work the way I thought it should be done: honest about what the pool actually needs, consistent weekly service, and no disappearing acts. I started with one pool in Kendall. Today we service homes across Miami and Homestead in more than 30 zip codes, still with the same focus on reliability and doing the job right.

The Hammocks is one of West Kendall’s best-known planned communities, built around a chain of lakes, walking trails, and parks between SW 88th Street and SW 120th Street. We take care of home pools all through it, from Parkside, Lakeside, and Pelican Point to Live Oak and Spicewood, and the streets near Hammocks Boulevard and West Kendall Baptist Hospital. If you’re in 33186 or 33196, you’re in our Hammocks service area.
Most of The Hammocks was built in the 1970s and ’80s, so a lot of pools here have years on the finish and the equipment. Summer sun burns off chlorine fast, and almost-daily afternoon storms dilute the water and wash in debris. When the chemistry drifts, it’s not only the water that suffers: unbalanced water etches plaster and Diamond Brite, leaves scale on tile, and wears down pumps, heaters, and salt cells.
Our weekly service stops that before it starts. Chemicals are included, we clean your filter every month, and we come on the same day each week whenever possible, backed by our No Missed Stop Guarantee and No Green Guarantee. If something breaks, we repair pumps, filters, and salt systems, and we also offer acid and chlorine washes and leak detection.
