Our Story
Before starting Blue Operator, I worked in pool supplies. Every week people would come in frustrated; their pool guy had stopped showing up, quit without notice, or given them bad advice on chemicals that made the problem worse. A lot of them ended up trying to do it themselves because they couldn’t find anyone reliable.
I decided to do the work the way I thought it should be done: honest about what the pool actually needs, consistent weekly service, and no disappearing acts. I started with one pool in Kendall. Today we service homes across Miami and Homestead in more than 30 zip codes, still with the same focus on reliability and doing the job right.

Local Pool Service in Three Lakes
Three Lakes is a planned community between SW 120th Street and Coral Reef Drive, with Country Walk to the west, The Crossings to the north, and Zoo Miami just to the south. It’s made up of three main neighborhoods, Deerwood, Bonita Lakes, and Three Lakes itself, and about a sixth of its area is water. Families head to Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park on SW 122nd Avenue for its lighted baseball and soccer fields. We take care of home pools all across the community. The community has grown fast. The Census counted about 7,000 residents here in 2000 and more than 16,500 in 2020. Census estimates put the typical home’s build year around 1997, with a mix of single-family houses and townhomes, so about half the homes are close to 30 years old or older, and so is a lot of the pool equipment behind them. Add strong sun that burns off chlorine and summer storms that dilute the water, and the chemistry can slip in a hurry.
That’s what our weekly service is for. Chemicals are included, filters are cleaned monthly, and we keep you on the same day each week whenever possible. Keeping the water balanced protects your plaster or Diamond Brite and helps your pump, filter, and salt system last. We also do equipment repairs, acid and chlorine washes, and leak detection.
