Our Story
Before starting Blue Operator, I worked in pool supplies. Every week people would come in frustrated; their pool guy had stopped showing up, quit without notice, or given them bad advice on chemicals that made the problem worse. A lot of them ended up trying to do it themselves because they couldn’t find anyone reliable.
I decided to do the work the way I thought it should be done: honest about what the pool actually needs, consistent weekly service, and no disappearing acts. I started with one pool in Kendall. Today we service homes across Miami and Homestead in more than 30 zip codes, still with the same focus on reliability and doing the job right.

Local Pool Service in Tamiami
Tamiami takes its name from the Tamiami Trail, the old Tampa-to-Miami road that still runs through the middle of the community as SW 8th Street. Around it you’ll find street after street of family homes, the 34-acre Belen Jesuit campus off SW 127th Avenue (here since 1981), the Tamiami Branch Library, and HCA Florida Kendall Hospital near Bird Road. We take care of home pools between the Turnpike and SW 137th Avenue, from Bird Road up to the Trail. If you’re in 33175 or 33184, you’re in our Tamiami service area.
Census estimates put the typical Tamiami home’s build year around 1984, and most homes here are single-family houses, so many backyard pools have been in the ground for 30 to 40 years. Older plaster and older pumps don’t forgive much. Strong sun eats up chlorine, summer downpours knock the pH off, and every bit of drift shows up as stains, scale, or a filter that clogs early.
That’s why our weekly service includes the chemicals, a monthly filter cleaning, and a visit on the same day each week whenever possible. Keeping the water balanced protects your plaster or Diamond Brite and helps your pump, filter, and salt system last longer. When something needs fixing, we handle repairs, acid and chlorine washes, and leak detection too.
