Our Story
Before starting Blue Operator, I worked in pool supplies. Every week people would come in frustrated; their pool guy had stopped showing up, quit without notice, or given them bad advice on chemicals that made the problem worse. A lot of them ended up trying to do it themselves because they couldn’t find anyone reliable.
I decided to do the work the way I thought it should be done: honest about what the pool actually needs, consistent weekly service, and no disappearing acts. I started with one pool in Kendall. Today we service homes across Miami and Homestead in more than 30 zip codes, still with the same focus on reliability and doing the job right.

Country Walk is a deed-restricted community of about 1,600 homes in southwest Miami-Dade, built by Arvida between 1978 and 1994 around lakes, green belts, and the clubhouse on Country Walk Drive. We take care of home pools all through it, from Estate Homes sections like Turtle Creek, Live Oaks, and Robins Run to the Patio Homes, Stoneybrook, and Lakeside. Most homes here were rebuilt in concrete after Hurricane Andrew in 1992, and today a lot of backyards sit under tall oaks and royal poincianas that drop leaves and red blossoms into the water. Add strong summer sun and almost-daily afternoon storms, and chlorine burns off fast and the pH drifts. Left alone, that water can etch plaster or Diamond Brite and build scale on the tile.
Balanced water is what keeps a pool looking good and lasting. The right chemistry protects your finish and your pump, filter, and salt system. Chemicals are included in our weekly service, we clean your filter every month, and we come on the same day each week whenever possible. We also handle repairs, acid and chlorine washes, and leak detection.
